AUSTOR Carrying Case for Nintendo New 3DS XL

The case is sturdy, easy to open/close and is exactly what we needed.

Great case! Everything fits, though as others note, the original charger make a small (almost imperceptible) bulge when you pack it in. The padded, zipper closed, fitted compartment for it though makes sure it cant do any damage to anything else in the case. Also all that game room! Seriously the best of the three cases I own for my 3DS.

Great carrying cas for protecting the device, and it holds 16 3ds, ds game cartriges great buy dont regret it.

I got this and overall its good. The only thing is that when I put an official charger in the zipper pocket, it was such a tight fit that I ended up taking the charger out. I have a usb cable that works and fits better although its still a tight fit when I go to close it.

Durable material, fits the DS XL without issues. Games tend to stick in the mess and the mess did tear easier than expected. But all in all it is protecting my sons items and the case is firm enough to withstand a drop without damage to contents.

Got this case for my daughters 3ds xl. Fits great and she likes that it has a handle to carry. The game cartridge storage is a good solution for a kid who is always misplacing the little games.

This case is pure perfection. Contrary to one of the top reviews, the official Nintendo charger fits in the inner zippered pouch and still has room left over. Currently, I have all 16 game slots filled. As my game library expands, Ill either double-up in the game slots, or put some in alongside the charger. I also leave a spare pair of earbuds inside the zippered pouch. Even with all of these things in the case, there is wiggle room in all directions (nothing is forced to touch). The case itself is very durable, has a comfortable handle, and a strong zipper. I did a lot of shopping around to find the best case for me after my previous one failed quickly. Ive used this one for over a year now and it is absolutely perfect.

To start off with the good the case has some really nice features. Its constructed out of stiff nylon that provides plenty of confidence that your 3DS will be kept safe. The 3DSXL fits perfectly into its compartment and if you plan to use it primarily for only carrying the 3DS unit then this unit is great. The issues arise with adding in the accessories. Now for the bad. As you can see in the pictures for my case there is a manufacturing flaw that makes some of the game sockets unusable. Its advertised as can be used to hold up to 16 cartridges but due to this flaw my unit can only hold 14. In my opinion this kind of flaw on a unit should make it fail quality control but mine was still shipped out to me. This is disappointing because if you research this case youll find this is not a consistent issue so you run the risk of the defect being in your unit when you order since this passes QC. The second big issue for me is the zipper pouch. Its advertised as fitting the charger but as you can see in the picture using the official Nintendo charger causes a large bulge in the pouch and the case does not close easily. I only have 5 games in the pouch and its a struggle to close it so I worry what would happen if I had all the game pouches full. Overall the case will get the job done for protecting your 3DS but in terms of being able to carry games and accessories with it there are better options out there.
