I use these for ceramic coatings, the barrier in the middle helps save product and these are much easier to use than the suede and block method.

I use these instead of the suede cloth squares, when ceramic coating vehicles at my detail shop. They provide fast complete coverage when applying coatings, dressings, tire shine and more. Great tool to add to your arsenal

As a professional detailer, I use these sponges (all sizes) for ceramic coating applications. They hold a lot of product which allows you to cover larger sections at a time. Night and day difference from the blocks and suede cloths.

Does save a lot of products and if doing a coating should be able to use a 30ml bottle where you needed a 50ml before. Will buy again and again

I have used these many times for coating applications. Whether its exterior or interior ceramic coatings, these applicators do the job well. I like having a different color for each side which helps identify the side that I used for the base coating or topper. This applicator also contours to different edges, shapes, and seems better than foam block applicators. The lining does seem to help reduce product waste as well.

Not what I was hoping for. I had hoped for a microfiber suede type applicator for applying ceramic coatings. These applicators absorb too much liquid. Back to the suede and block technique until someone makes a proper applicator.

As a professional detailer I apply protectant products to all surfaces after proper cleaning. These are highly effective & pricey products. Since using these applicators we have doubled the amount of applications we can get out of every product we apply due to the plastic barrier under the microfiber. With standard applicators the absorb so much product that ends up getting wasted. Not anymore. These are more expensive but very worth it in overall product savings.
