I used the product once and it worked well. When I tried using it again the next day, it was broken. I hadn’t done anything to lead to that happening. I returned it.

its not working at all damaged

I purchased this item to do my daughters hair for a junior prom. I have charged it and decided to give it a test run the night before. To my surprise I have found out that the barrel would not spin so I ended up purchasing a traditional curling iron the next morning. This item was returned for a refund.

It doesnt hold a charge longer than 3 minutes even after charging all night. So weak that even small quantity of hair wont roll. Very disappointed.
