I use this automatic feeder for my pet rabbit. I am a teacher and he is my classroom pet. He stays at school on the weekends, but I get to see him and talk to him through this device. He comes right over when he hears the food drop.

This product is everything it advertises to be. It is a great feeder for my cat. We were gone for 2 weeks and the cat was fed on time daily. I received notifications of motion detection and pictures on my phone. It is a great comfort to get confirmation by seeing my cat eating.

Easy to assemble out of the box - instructions are pretty good, but in stilted English. CONS: No instructions were given for the desiccant compartment, but I figured it out when I read the cleaning instructions... Power cord is not very long and Im not sure that my dog wouldnt have it chewed in half within the week (Im planning to give it away as a gift to someone.) PROS: The app (SmartLife) works very well after you manage to locate this specific device and get it connected. Does NOT support 5G wireless so youll have to connect the pet feeder to a 2G wireless network. Camera works great. Feeding schedule is very flexible, and permits multiple times per day, and varying amounts of dog food to be dispensed at each event. You can also manually (at the feeder OR on the app) dispense food as needed. Motion alarm works, and captures a photo when it goes off - this too can be set to work only during certain hours. You can click the mic to talk to your pet, unmute the picture to hear your pet, take a still photo with a click, and record video while using the app. Night vision works well too, with two small red lights coming on when environmental lighting conditions are too dim. Of course, night vision is in grayscale, not color (DUH)! PERSONAL: Still not keen on having Chinese products with cameras in my home. No, Im not racist, but the warnings about the infiltration of the CCP into the consumer products made in China are, at the very least, concerning and worth considering... I was provided the product at no cost and, although no review was required, it was only right that I provided one... Hope it helps!

This is a very good dog feeder. It works perfect and you can even talk to your pet through the app. It would work well for a cat also. Video is great.

I have only had this feeder for a few days and my cat seems to like it I love the convince it give with making feedeing time so much easier and I love the camera

The dogs love it. So helpful on my busy schedule. I love being able to watch them. The video does have a slight delay but I figure it is my Wifi, as I have other things hooked up also.
