> 24 hourI love this inverted umbrella! Pops up super fast, easy to put back down. Its a great size and has a nice bright flashlight on the end. Came with a nice leather carrying case that you can hang on hook. Its nice to fold down and not worry about getting the inside of your car all wet after a heavy rain.

> 24 hourFlorida summer means rain nearly every afternoon, so an umbrella in the car is fairly standard equipment here. Our old one was pretty tired and this is a great replacement. When the rain is coming down, you can open the car door, hold the umbrella up and touch the button. It immediately pops fully open to protect you and your cars interior from the rain. The ribs are strong and keep the umbrella from collapsing in fairly strong winds. When you get back in your car, simply reverse the procedure. Get in the car with the umbrella open, touch the button and it snaps closed with any water captured inside the reverse close. You stay dry and a wet umbrella doesnt drip all over your cars interior. The reflective edges are a nice safety feature and show up very well in the darkness when a light hits them. The flashlight in the end of the handle is powered by three AG13 button batteries. They are simple to replace by unscrewing the frame of the light, dumping out the old batteries and dropping three fresh ones in place. I noticed it is awfully easy to strip the threads holding the flashlight lens to the umbrella handle, so when you tighten it back in place, dont play Superman or you will strip the threads. The case works great for storage and also slips over the wet umbrella to further hold the water from messing up your car. Just make sure you empty the storage case of any water before storing the umbrella. Also, once out of the rain, open the umbrella to let it dry. The vinyl case will not let the umbrella air dry, so if you dont dry it, you will end up with a mildew mess.

> 24 hourHave used this a couple times - this morning, while fighting through rain and swirling winds created by the sky scrapers around me. Ive had a couple umbrellas destroyed by those conditions before, so I was glad to have this one with me instead. When the winds suddenly shifted under me, the outside ribs of the umbrella just folded up - the center part remained in tact, and I didnt get wet. I just reached up and pulled the outside rib down and kept going. It was great. The umbrella opens and closes easily with a retracting button, and the teflon definitely keeps the rain out. There is reflecting lighting, which is great for when the fall/winter season comes and I walk in the dark. A nice feature, but one I havent used yet, is the built in flashlight at the base of the handle, which I expect to make use of most when I walk my dogs. For $20 on Amazon, well, thats cheaper than inferior umbrellas Ive bought in retail stores. Recommended.

> 24 hourI was really wanting this to work. The umbrella will eject up but you still have to manually open it. Not what I had hoped for, but not a big deal. It is the closing it up that got me. You really have to push at it until you hear the click for the lock to catch. I have to get in and out the car fast for deliveries, unless it was a real down pour, I rather not deal with the umbrella. The flash light was a nice touch though. For me personally, this did not work for the reason why I bought the umbrella. The rating is based on that reason. For someone that may be not need to rush in and out of the rain, this may just work for you.

> 24 hourvery good design and sturdy folding umbrella. Strong enough that wind does not flip it over but light enough to be carrying in back pack or anywhere. good value.

> 24 hourThis is a well-made travel umbrella with a button to open and close it. It is lightweight and opens smoothly. This umbrella is perfect for travel or for storing in a vehicle without having to take up too much space. Its inverted design keeps water away from you as you close it. The best part is the flashlight thats built in to the handle to help the umbrella serve two purposes when stored in a vehicle.

> 24 hourI like this umbrella. It is high quality and like that it compact. It isnt as big as I was hoping or felt the description was misleading in how big it might be. I am showing you a comparison of my golf umbrella next to it. Even though it isnt as big as I was hoping, I like that it is a good size for general use. It is nice to have in the car for when unexpected rain comes up. I REALLY like how it opens up and closes. It makes it much easier to use than my other ones. (although note that once you hit the button a second time to close it you have to pull the umbrella back to the beginning to open it up again). It is nice that it has a flashlight at the bottom and a reflective strip around the edges. I am not a fan of the leather-like bag that it comes with as it makes it heavier so not sure if I would bring this umbrella if I was flying somewhere. I got this umbrella right before we had some heavy, crazy storms and I decided to try it out to see how well it did with driving rain and heavy rain. due to its size, it didnt have the same amount of coverage as the golf umbrella (although at one point the driving rain was coming down so much, it didnt make a huge difference between the two. Although if you had to have two people under it, not sure this umbrella would keep both as dry. I had to angle it a little bit to reduce the amount of rain and probably would have left a second person more in the rain. It did hold up to the wind though and I didnt have any issues with that. What surprised me was how not wet this umbrella was compared to my golf umbrella, which I think you can see in the pictures. This beaded right off. All-in-all, I would recommend this umbrella if you were looking for something semi-compact and for you by yourself. I am now remote, but I was thinking this would have been a great umbrella to have in the office/car for those rainy days. It is smaller than the golf umbrella and dried so much quicker. Also the inverted closure is awesome for going inside or car (you dont get spray going out as much when you close. Also easier to shake the rain off.
