Im using this for my dog, who is needing lots of meds lately. One of her pills is a chewable, so is really large. I can load the chewable plus the other three normal-sized pills in one compartment, and theres still room for more. Opens and closes easily and securely.

This sturdy, decent-sized organizer with 4 compartments per day has made keeping track of my daily pills so much easier. Each days strip comes out of the holder so I can put it conveniently next to the sink so I can get a glass of water. It looks like it will be sturdy enough for packing in my carry-on bag without the unpleasant surprise of needing to removed everything to hunt for pills that have spilled. Perhaps best of all, I can unsnap one compartment and empty the pills into my hand without worrying that another one or two will pop open & send me scrambling for pills. Its always the outrageously expensive ones that land way back under the furniture.

I purchased a cheap week long pill box at the pharmacy and the top came off one of the compartments the first time I used it. So I went Amazon shopping and found this one. Its GREAT!!!! Very sturdy. Love that I can add early morning and mid afternoon pills along with morning and evening. Im very happy with this pill box. Shipping was fast too!

FOUR different compartments for each day! Each day is an individual container. So if youre going for the weekend, you can take just the days you need. Container is sturdy with a strong lock on the main container that holds the individual days. I love it!

This pill organizer is what I have been looking for for a very, very long time. Actually, years! I love it because it allows you to separate pills for up to four times a day. These boxes are useful if you have a med that is “chewable only” because it must be taken separately. Then, I have a required med that must be taken an hour after the last med or food of the day. This task is made much easier when it is in its own chamber. I put “as needed” meds in the chamber with the chewable med. I would never take all of the meds in that chamber together because I know the chewable one is in there. The snap lids actually snap together tightly and stay open or closed so the other chambers do not open when I need access to only one of the boxes at a time. The boxes are large enough to put many pills in there at a time. So nice! Each day is in a separate tray that stays together. The outer case has spaces with ridges and is perfectly sized to comfortably accommodate each of the seven trays. Finally, each box stays open so I don’t have to use two hands to put pills in or take them out. I tilt the tray so the tops of the boxes are on the table. This act allows me to drop pills in to each chamber individually. I have also tilted the boxes so the lids are on the table. They stay open perfectly! The outside box closes securely and is reinforced with a piece of plastic that does not allow the case to open on its own. This has happened to me with other cases. It is a mess! Even if the tray is in my purse, I do not like digging around to find the pills to rearrange the trays. Who would! I love the colors of the trays! They are all moisture proof. This pill organizer has cut my fill time at least in half and eliminated the exasperation of taking too much time to get it right. It must be right! Thanks to the designer who made the case and to Amazon for making it available. It is the best pill organizer I have ever used.

This is well-made and the boxes are large enough to contain supplements. But its very difficult to get the pills/capsules out unless youre going to dump them all in your hand. Inconvenient when you place the wrong pill in the wrong box, or if you decide you dont want to take them all at the same time. Looking for one that is curved on the sides So the pills can be slid out. The sharp corners just make it too difficult and inconvenient.
