Greater than one weekThese can be put anywhere. Keep one by the bed in case a storm wakes you and there is a power failure. You can carry it throughout the house. It wont roll around as a flashlight does. I like the USB recharge. Given the price of batteries and their leakage if it last a year I would purchase another.

Greater than one weekThese were super easy to install and work great for under the cabinet lighting. The motion sensor with night mode is a perfect combo for having these come on automatically when yo stumble into the kitchen at night to get water. Also the usb charging is a much better alternative to battery operated lights that always need to be changed and often leak/damage the lights.

> 3 daySurprisingly bright and responsive for such a small package This was bought as a replacement for a 3-year-old light for a closet and it’s quite an upgrade. This is bright, so far much longer lasting on a charge, and far more responsive than the previous light. These are bright enough and have a wide enough throw that they work well to light a decently sized room in a power outage. First, the good: - It has a USB-C charge port. I knew this ahead of time and it was one of the reasons I chose this light over others. I’m trying to standardize on that for cables and chargers so that’s a major plus. - It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable. - It turns on as soon as I open the door, regardless of where I have it mounted. - It stays on as long as I’m rummaging around, no matter where I am in the closet. - It turns of 20 seconds after I close the door. Every…single…time. It’s a little thing but makes a difference for battery life. - The adhesive for the magnetic plates is stronger than anticipated and holds the light securely. - The magnets are very strong for the size given how little the light weighs. The “meh”: - This is more a warning than anything. It has a USB-C charge port. As mentioned before, I knew this ahead of time but not everyone is all in with USB-C yet. - The cable it comes with is really kind of flimsy. It works, but I used a higher quality cable. No idea if it affected charge time or not. - The packaging had an odor. It wasn’t super strong, and the light itself didn’t have an odor but it was noticeable when I opened the box. And now for The Bad: - For the price I would have liked to get a wall-wart for charging. Final thoughts: - It works and works well. - The light is strong, consistent and the motion sensor works great. - Just be aware of the USB-C charging requirement. I would, will, and have already ordered at total of 4 more of these for other closets. As I mention at the beginning, these will also be great in a power outage or even while camping. Yes, I dinged them on a couple of things, but neither was bad enough to take away a star. They are about $1 more than the other brand available, but still worth it. Definitely a buy!

> 3 dayI didnt really expect this to be as bright as we needed in our linen closet, but it brightens it up nicely. My camera wasnt taking great photos because of how bright it was. This light took seconds of setup, and worked on the first try (pre-charged). Ive set it up to turn on when we open the closet and it works perfectly. It stays on open, or turns off soon after we close the door. This had the charging cable. One side is USB and the other is USB C. They also included an extra sticky plate for the magnet on the back. I didnt run the battery down much in the time I had it up, so I left it on awhile and plugged it in. The sensor light glows red when its charging and turns green when complete. The light is very easy to remove from the magnets and it holds firm when its attached. Im impressed and may get a couple more in the future.

Greater than one weekPlaced this under the top shelf above the shirt hanger section of my unit. Light is a welcome addition where I had no light before except room light. Now I can see how old some of my shirts really are! The motion detection is so good if I bump the armoire the light turns on (probably from the door movement). Not an issue as it turns off after 20 seconds or so. So far has lasted 2 weeks on a charge with fairly constant use.

> 3 dayI have a couple of these now and still need a couple more, very vibrant. I love that they are magnetic so it’s easy to pull them down to charge and pop em back up when they are charged. There is a light indicator so it is red when charging and does turn green when it is completely charged.

> 3 dayI have purchased quite a few different motion sensor lights recently and they all function the same. This one has different levels of brightness - bright, dim (soft), white light. This one is highly reactive to motion which is great. It holds a charge really well and install is super simple, which can literally take seconds to do! I can see walking into the kitchen at night, or in the restroom without needing to turn on a light, or in a dark cabinet. I plan to buy several more for my apartment! Fun fact: When we had a power outtage this past winter these also were VERY USEFUL!

> 3 dayThis light works really well. You cant adjust the brightness or the color of the light like some of the others. Its full on bright white. But its perfect for the dark basement I put it in with a couple of others. When switched to night mode the sensor can detect me about 15 feet from it when it activates. The magnets are strong on the back. It sticks like glue to any metal surface. I put it on deep freezer in a dark corner. It will come on when I get about 15 foot from it. Overall Im glad I got it.

> 3 dayI have used several of this type of product to light up the basement stairs that have pantry shelves in one side in our very old house. So I never paid much attention to looks or even quality as it’s just a dreary low finish level space. All I want is a light with motion sensing that I can easily remove for charging. I was incredibly pleased at the high quality and nice finish/profile of this light. It would be at home even a more visible space. It has a very solid feel coming from having actual metal parts. It comes with 4 different smaller metal plates intended to be attached to the mounting surface which in turn hold the magnetic back of the light. The light only uses two so you could have extras or set up to be able to mount it two locations. No cheapy hook and loop mounting strips for this light, although you could certainly use them if you wanted but they are not included.
