The brush get stuck the way to fix that is by pressing the ends against each other, and tightening it, then error number 4 goes away

Filters are a little shorter and the brush produces an error #2 after a few minutes of cleaning.

Everyone I try to run it will throw an error that the brush has something preventing it to clean.

All the parts fit/work great EXCEPT the roller brush. It doesnt move freely and keeps locking the device up. Now I have a non-working Shark until I can find a new roller brush that works. Update: I kept jacking around with the roller part and whacking it on hard surfaces and now it seems to be working fine. In fact, the unit seems to run more quietly than before. So Ive upgraded to 5 stars.

The parts were easy to onto my shark vacuum.

As you may know, Costco models of various products often have a different model number than similar models in the mainstream stores. Often this makes parts difficult to find as the Costco model # isnt found in Amazon searches. Almost all the parts included in this kit fit SHARK UR250BEOUS with self empty. Only modification I had to make was to trim the replacement front sweep brushes a little, which was a minor hassle. Dont expect these brushes to last long. Even the originals shed long plastic threads within a few months. All the other replacement pieces fit great. Good value for the money and delivered quickly

It says it’s for our shark but roller doesn’t fit

I will never buy generic shark parts again! This caused major problems with our vac. I had to go out and buy authetic parts and had no problems then! I trashed your generic junk!

The main reason I bought this pack was to replace my brush roller. It does not work with the AV2501AE as others have stated and will eventually cause the robot to give an error code and say their is an obstruction under the robot that needs to be cleared when there is not. When I took out the original and replaced it with this one it did feel a little tight compared to the original. Like it was too snug and the roller didnt roll as freely when you tried to move it. If you want to replace your roller and have a AV2501AE do NOT buy this pack for the roller because of the above problems. Others have also reported the roller problem in the reviews. The rest of the kit is fine. The sweeping brushes that attach on the front are a little longer than the originals and seem to work fine. Im not sure on their durability yet. The filter and screen that are in the actual robot fit like the originals as well. I havent changed the filters in the base yet but I think they should fit. Just do not buy this if your main replacement part is the brush roller.

EVERYTHING was as described. My side brushes fit perfectly. The only thing I would recommend to be include is the needed small tool to remove the screw holding the brush to the robot! I appears to be a very small Torx screw.
