Great picture quality. Used the cameras for our church streaming system. Tech support was awesome.

Camera exceeded expectations in every way - had some questions and found manufacturer support very responsive - glad I went this route.

Overall, the picture quality and zoom capabilities are great! Tech support has been helpful as well, in getting the camera set up on our Mac using NDI and OBS software. The only issue we currently have, is the streaming audio still isnt where we want it to be. That may be the conference system were using but Im not sure, and were still working through that, but tech support has been extremely helpful in this process. The only recommendation I have for the camera, would be to have the remote work from from the side and back, not just the front of the camera, but with NDI software, we can do it from our Mac as well. Overall, very pleased with the camera!

the Title says AVKANS NDI PTZ Cameras - 30X Full HD Live Streaming PTZ Camera with SDI/HDMI/IP Outputs. When the camera arrived it did NOT have NDI outputs........Unfortunately, I only discovered this after the return period has passed. UPDATE... the company promptly responded, and understood the issue. They have since sent the correct camera. EXCELLENT AND PROMPT SERVICE .

I dont write many reviews, but Id like to for this AVKANS PTZ camera. We needed a high quality camera for live streaming about 25 events a year. Our attendees are top marketing executives including those in the TV and Video media. We also needed it to be a bit more affordable than the big-name solutions. It has performed perfectly using both NDI and HDMI mode under challenging lighting conditions. We have only one person doing streaming, slide/video content control and camera control. The camera is easily controllable over ethernet/IP connection with macros or the web-based page. The image quality is superb, autofocus surprisingly fast, even fully zoomed from 75 feet back (real zoom, not digital). We had an error show up during our last show, and AVKANS tech support answered the email immediately, scheduled a remote live diagnosis with me. They identified a problem needing an RMA to resolve. I returned it in a Friday night - talked with a technician on Saturday night, and had the camera back by Tuesday morning with the issue fully resolved. Like I said in the title - amazing support to go with the fully capable product.

Everything is great

I purchased a total of six of these cameras. I had two which were missing the NDI software. Tech support was very attentive on making sure the issue was solved. Even did it on their own time to make sure it was taken care of quickly. All six cameras are running NDI and working great. I would recommend and purchase again.

This PTZ camera has awesome quality in bright and low light. Live streaming church services. The church members are excited to watch the church services on YouTube and Facebook. Tech support (Jenny) is great.

I’ve been a camera man for 30+ years and have watched camera tech development over three decades. Although these cameras are not broadcast quality they are perfect for streaming and live camera feed options. There is only a slight chromatic aberration under certain lighting conditions but the casual viewer will never see it. Color response is excellent. Low light response is excellent. Auto white is really dumb and slow. I still need to dive deeper into this but that alone should tell you it’s a chore to control consistency with color balance. PZT is smooth and consistent. I do not like the user interface as it is ambiguous if the changes I make will stick. For instance when trying to let my camera controller control aperture and focus the camera does not like to yield to it’s own auto setting. The multiple output modes is great. The 3G SDI is very clean as is the network output. My time at Sony (18 years) reminds me to keep this comment simple and not go into specks - Overall this is a very good imager system et’ al’… Be nice if they offered a factory carrying case…

This camera is truly amazing, picture quality is far beyond whats expected at this price point, this is my 5th camera now.
