love that it collapses and the handle. (at first). when the water is in the bin the handled does not feel secure enough to lift its. I just lift it by the rim. The little things soon the bottom inside supposedly door use in giving the feet some sort of massage, Hah! Perhaps its just mine that is this way but they are not rounded and smooth as expected. In fact they are sort of prickly and a little sharper than they should be. I couldnt even put my feet down as it hurt. I put a thick hand towel, folded in two over them and then used it.
