laughable amount of beta alanine, creatine, and L citrulline. flavor tasted watered down. disappointing product for the $

So I have been taking supplements for the past 12 years pre workouts, pump formulas, multis, creatine you name it I tried it. I gave this a shot based on the reviews but you never do really know now a days but I tried it for a week couldnt tell any difference in endurance, pump or strength while lifting. Maybe to someone more new to pump formulas this could work but didnt work for me.

No matter the flavor you choose this product taste great and delivers the best pump you can get from a pre workout, and since its non stim you can add in what you prefer to give you what you need to top off your workout. I suggest adding in ignition switch also from Axe and Sledge. Top flavors, whiskey cola, ice blue raspberry, and scorpion venom

Usually pre-workouts make me feel angry and itchy. However this shark bite packs a nice punch without the usual jitters. If you want a long lasting workout with natural pump, look no further! P.S. - No artificial colors or dyes is a plus.

Powder was clumped together and unable to mix when water was added.
