> 24 hourThis is a commercial grade camera and performs well so far. However, Axis informed me that it will NOT warranty any camera purchased from the Amazon website. Four stars for that reason. Therefore make sure that the seller you buy it from will warranty it and will probably be around for the duration of the warranty which is 3 years. Update January 22, 2020 Camera died this month after 14 months of service. Too short for what this camera costs. You will only get a 3-year warranty if an authorized Axis installer/seller put it in for you. If you buy it from any other seller that is not an Axis authorized installer/seller, and the camera dies after the sellers return period expires, there is nothing you can do except throw it away.

> 24 hourBeen installing Axis cameras since 2008. ( 10 years ) This could be easily one of Axiss best IP cameras in terms of picture quality and ease of installation. This is the first time I have encountered Axiss new User Interface for configuring cameras and even though it took some getting used to, it is generally pretty intuitive and navigable. And most importantly, it gets the job done. Excellent camera by Axis

> 24 hourLove the new Axis interface. Been using a mix of Axis and Hikvision over the last couple years. They might have convinced me with this unit that Axis is worth the slight price premium. And remember this is one of their lower end cams!

> 24 hournice high quality Axis camera. My only complaint is that these cameras are quite big compared to the older bullet camera it replaced. The older bullet camera had a separate controller. In this newer camera, everything is integrated and the network cable goes right to the camera. Kind of nice to not have to deal with the somewhat proprietary cable from the camera to the controller. But I liked being able to put the controller in a safe spot.
