It is a thick plastic with little holes on the sides. I used it once on my eventflo carseat which fits great and my baby did not get wet at all. It folds easily so I keep it in my baby bag. Happy with this purchase.

Easy to cover whole car seat because it has elastic at the bottom. It also has zip to open when you get baby inside building.

We got this to travel with our infant in the airport for COVID and it kept her safe and warm. Got hot and humid in there during the flight. Also, was asked if it was FAA approved. We switched to a fabric cover on flights. We are home and quarantine is done. It worked! Would recommend!

Love the fact the it protect against the rain and snow The water doesn’t go through the plastic. It’s universal so you can slip it over another car seat cover that is perhaps warmer for the winter weather. BUT DEFINITELY BUY FOR RAIN AND SNOW!! It’s amazing !

Great carseat cover. It covers my Graco carseat very well and I love that I am able to hold the handle unlike my big bulky cover for regular stroller.

I am so happy I purchased this product. Now I feel so much more comfortable with my babies being outside during appointments and other outings. This is perfect. I love it. I would recommend it to all parents.

Fits perfect on my daughter’s Safety 1st carseat

This dose not fit my evenflo car seat/stroller. I have a evenflo car seat/ stroller set. I had high hope for this cover. It went over the front of the seat but couldn’t stretch over the cloth covering. Would work if your getting into a car to cover baby from rain. Wouldn’t recommend if your have to walking in the rain with car seat in the stroller attachment. The cloth cover would eventually get soaked.
