I’m sure it was meant for a baby. This worked great for our puppies first birthday!

Highly disappointed in this product!! NOTHING true to size the crown was made for a tennis ball and the # one was only about/maybe 2inches! Unable to use call my grandson‘s first birthday!! Would not recommend this to anyone!! Do NOT buy!!!!

Color was good, only problem I have was the color was faded off of two of the letters on the brown banner where the letters are.

My son didn’t like the hat too much but the pictures turned out great

Was so excited when we got this for our little guy BUT it was missing the cute bow tie! So sad because I planned his outfit around the bow tie.
