We purchased this on the recommendation of family and friends. For more lotion-like creams/ointments, I could see this being useful and effective, but for Aquaphor, I wouldnt recommend it. The Aquaphor ointment is very thick, and the spatula is not really up for the task of scooping up an appropriate amount of ointment and applying it evenly on our child. In the product video, it shows a much thinner lotion-like cream, and I could see this working for that quite well. Also in the product video is the rash cream getting in under the finger-nails - weve never had this issue with thicker ointments. In the end, the spatula is just one more thing to clean, and were washing our hands after every diaper change anyways, so the product is causing more problems than solving for us. The suction cup (like any other suction cup) is very dependent on the surface youre working on. For us, our table-top doesnt allow it to suction on very well. I dont think its a bad product, but perhaps an over-prescribed one. I recommend any future user try changing diapers and use creams/ointments first to identify if there is a problem to solve to begin with. We prefer to just use our fingers, and in some cases use finger-cots when cleanliness becomes an issue with particularly messy diaper-changing-marathon-sessions. Its not for us, so just buyers regret here.

I love that I dont have to use my fingers to spread on ointment during diaper changes. This is so convenient that I use one at home and one in the diaper bag. Its great for when you are not next to a sink to wash your hands immediately after a change. It spreads ointment very well, and easy to wipe clean with a clean wipe. Its a must have!

Clean, easy way to apply diaper cream on baby’s bottom. The suction power on the handle keeps the applicator where you put it! The bright colors make it easy to spot when you need it. I would buy this product again!

Best investment to keep hands / finger nails clean! No germ spreading. I even use the small one for myself to get hard lotions out of the container. May even get one for when Im post partum.

These little brushes are a game changer in diaper-rash-cream-application world. It makes application much more smooth and less ackward. Also, its much more hygienic for the baby than getting dirty adult hands in her henie, not to mention the perk of not having pesky cream in your fingers and nails when youre dealing with a child much less a squearming one.
