Bought this carrier hopping it would work out well for a trip to Disneyland, but within the hour of me strapping/tightening the support strap of the hip carrier, it ripped. I reached out to customer service and they were able to offer me either a replacement or refund. Love the customer service there! Appreciate all your help!

I am a size 14 wide hips and it nearly fit it’s actually a bit tights so if I don’t position it correctly It will be uncomfortable… once on correctly it does what it’s purpose is and it does help support the weight , however if you are on the wider hip side it might be to tight . My husband could not use it because it did not fit him

This is amazingly comfortable. It balances your load perfectly and fits well. Its adjustable so you can get the perfect fit for you. Would recommend.

I love that I can be completely hand free and still have my baby near. It also makes shopping easier as my baby likes to try and chew on the shopping cart so this carrier eliminates so many different difficulties for mamas on the go

This is by far the nicest baby carrier I have ever used. It is comfortable, easy to put on, and secure. Plus my little one loves it!

The add on Amazon calls the item an infant carrier. The box says its an infant stool.

I typically use a Moby wrap and love it but I love this even more! The seat makes it super comfy for baby. The way it goes on makes it so the carrier distributes the weight way better than my wrap. I have 2 small complaints. I am a bigger girl and so the Velcro barely attaches in the back, however I do have some room for the buckle. Second completing is it is difficult to figure out the first couple times I tried to use it. However after a little practice, I got it down in no time. Much recommended product!

This Mumgaroo Baby Carrier makes holding your baby much easier. It is quite versatile, with the ability to serve as a hip seat or carrier and the baby can be facing in or out. It seems to distribute the weight well and is comfortable for the baby to sit too. The side storage pockets are a nice touch and make it easy to access snacks, bottles, wipes, etc. It states that it is for ages 4 months to 36 months; I think it is best for younger babies as compared to a heavier toddler, but the hip seat may still be suitable for up to 33 lbs. The hood is a cute addition that we found very helpful to protect the baby during wind or sunlight. Overall, it is a unique and practical product for parents or a nice gift as well.

My son loves the seat on it! He is 10 months old about 22 lbs and it works wonderfully! My son loves it and he sits facing outward kicking his feet! I love all the pockets and different attachments!

I like how easy this is and it really is fairly comfortable. Two quibbles, though. First, the seat creaks when I move. Not the end of the world, but it can get annoying after a while. Second, the straps on the harness assembly come loose quite easily. During the course of a 45 minute walk I usually have to re-tighten the straps at least 3 times. When the straps are loose, the weight of the baby pulls the seat down and the top of the back of the waist strap pulls. This makes it a little harder on your lower back. I still like this one better than the other baby carriers I have. Its easy to tighten the straps, so its a fairly minor inconvenience. I do suspect that this wouldnt be very comfortable if used without the harness, since the harness helps to redistribute the weight a little bit, but I havent tried it yet, so I cant say for sure.
