Greater than one weekI love that they are small enough to only fit where needed, directly under the bottom. If using the adult pads (chux) you need to fold them to fit a baby changing table, and if they become soiled, often lots of the surface area is wasted. But these are sized down to babies, and its prefect for the changing table. These would be too small for use under the fitted sheet in the crib however.
