I’ve only used the camera and monitor a few times in the 4 days we’ve had it, but I love it so far. The picture quality is great, audio is reliable as well, and the 5 inch screen is the perfect size. It also pans around and I can see the whole room if necessary. That’s a great feature when your baby turns into a toddler and climbs out of the crib! We previously had a baby camera that connected through wifi only and I don’t recommend that at all to anyone. This Smartbaby monitor is definitely an upgrade, and half the price of the other brand we had. So far I’m happy with this purchase.

This is hands-down, the best baby monitor ever. Most of my friends recently had babies so Im always around other monitor brands and everyone always asks about my monitor because any time we hang out with sleeping kids (like when on vacation together), their monitors constantly drop connections but this monitor stays on. I like that the monitor is connected over bluetooth - this is my preference over wifi connected monitors. The rotation features allows me to find my daughter when she moves around all over her crib. The range is excellent - I have a large backyard and even when Im on the other end of the yard, the monitor doesnt lose range. The large screen is excellent and is extremely clear so that I can see my baby sleeping. The two way talk is especially helpful when comforting my baby if she happens to wake up a fusses for a few minutes. I highly recommend this monitor over all others for its reliable features!

UPDATE: the company reached out to me and sent me a brand new set and it works perfectly! I just had a defective battery. The picture (night and day) and sound quality on the monitor is great! I love how I can talk to my toddler through the camera and adjust the brightness and the sound levels. I even like the super convenient little kick stand it has on the back of the parent monitor. Set us is really easy and the interface is user friendly. My one problem: the battery life is HORRIBLE. When I first unboxed it, I plugged it in so it could fully charge, I think the instructions said around 4 hours. Well, the charging light never turned green, it always stayed red which I though was weird. When it’s not plugged into the wall, the parent monitor lasts MAYBE a couple of hours before dying and that’s when I have it set to sleep (VOX) mode. The monitor will beep and show the current video if it detects sounds or movement when the VOX is on to conserve battery life. When I don’t have the VOX on and the screen is on constantly, the battery lasts less than an hour. Thought about returning it, but this is my only set so I just suck it up and deal with the inconvenient battery life and keep it plugged in.

We were looking for a monitor with no Wi-Fi connection and decided to try this one out based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law. So far, we have no complaints! The quality of the screen is great, we really enjoy the size of the screen, and the battery life is awesome. We really like the fact that the camera has the ability to turn in different directions to see different parts of the room. Installation was easy and there were no special tools that we needed. Overall, Im very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend it to others.

Very easy set up. Sharp color picture. Sound option (on or off, as desired is a real bonus.

Its a single camera connected to a monitor. What can go wrong? Everything. This thing is total garbage. *EDIT* - After posting this review, UKSUP reached out to me on their own accord and offered to either replace the monitor or refund the purchase, no questions asked. I chose the refund and 1 day later the refund was issued. As a result, Im bumping this review up to a 3 star. The product didnt work, but the customer service response was truly phenomenal.

Spent hours researching and reading reviews for a reliable baby monitor as our previous one that we had been gifted at the baby shower, constantly glitched and finally died-after only a week of use. So glad I chose this one! The audio and video on this monitor are reliable and don’t cut out on me. The volume control has been really nice because I can hear baby as soon as he starts moving and I can hear him over laughing and talking children if I turn the volume up loud enough. The night vision for nighttime or a darkened room is nice. The picture isn’t as clear as the color daytime video but it’s good. This monitor is easy to operate and not being tech savvy, I can operate it well without needing a degree in rocket science! The only thing I dislike is that the camera base that you set up in baby’s room, flashes a little green light when the monitor screen in the other room is off. Which can bother baby in a dark room if he’s not fully asleep when you lay him down. I’ve just had to make sure the power is on the monitor before putting baby to bed. Overall, love this and am so glad I bought this monitor!
