i was afraid these would hang down and look like swaying hooks. No - you can tight them or loosen them to fit your preference. - they are velcro, but they have it so it goes around the bar twice. they will not come off by them selfs. very sturdy- i like the 4 hooks- 2 for the wheelchair back pack bag, one for my car keys and one left for what ever, very handy

The hooks come off easily. They broke within a month

Very cheaply made. Velcro broke off of all pieces. Poor quality. Lasted only 4 months.

The hooks are usefully not only for strollers . I added mine to my walker to hold bags when I shop.

If youre a mom on the go, you must get these for your stroller! It made being out and about with baby so much easier.

Instead of the Velcro loops going all the way around and supporting the weight, the Velcro is used just to secure onto something and stitching connecting the hook to the band is the weak point which will tear.
