Maybe my baby has thrush (even though the pediatrician says she doesn’t) but this removed nothing in the way of “milk on the tongue”. If you are using it for something else maybe it would work for that.

This seems to do the job for my 5month old twins, they seem to not have a problem with it. Their tongues are cleaner and I feel it will go a long way for them to develop oral hygiene!
