> 3 daywe used the car seat for 3 months, when my husband tried to tighten the straps on our daughter and the strap completely broke in half. Makes us wonder how many times weve put our daughter in the car and she was in danger, or if the pressure from a car accident wouldve broken the pieces and injured/killed my child in the process. When speaking to customer service the representative was rude, and never called me back to let me know whether the piece was replaceable or not. After calling him back THREE times and my daughter being without a carseat for two days, the representative told me the piece was not repleacable and that we would have to ship the seat to them to fix it, leaving my daughter without a carseat for another two weeks. Even if I trusted the seat wouldnt break again or withstand in an accident. Now we are facing the issue of trying to get a refund (with no luck) so we can get my daughter a new car seat so we can take her to doctors appointments. Shes 3 months old and goes monthly, more often if she has any issues. Incredibly frustrating. Considering I should be able to put my daughter in the car without worry that a 3 month old car seat will faulty.

> 3 dayThis seat saved my daughters life. My wife, our 2-day old daughter (at the time) and I were involved in a car accident. My car received heavy rear end damage. I got by a motorcyclist and a very big truck. We were going about at speeds of 35 mph. The paramedics saw my daughter and told my wife and I that she was fine and there was no bruising and no irregular respiratory symptoms. The paramedics and firefighters even were at awe to see that the car seat had not received any damage. They gave us a good job thumbs up and told us everything will be fine (except my car).

> 3 dayFor starters, this was an inexpensive combo and it does look/ feel kind of cheap. I’m really not a fan of the material, it’s plasticy but it may be easier to clean than a cloth seat. It maneuvers well but putting it together and folding/ unfolding it is not as smooth as my old safety first combo. We will probably order a safety first one again and keep this as a backup/ spare just bc of the hassle trying to return it

Greater than one week*updated- still an ok stroller but I do not like that the under basket doesn’t collapse to get things out and that when folded it drags the ground. Another downside is when folded it is only held closed by a clip that comes open kind of easy so be careful when lifting into a trunk

Greater than one weekI love the color and price. I have a base in both cars and it’s hard to remove from the base.

> 3 dayI really like how light this whole system is. It was very easy to complete the minimal assembly and everything moves and looks good. This is our second baby travel system, but we havent used one in a couple years. My wife still has a few weeks of pregnancy left this time, so we havent really put this to the test yet.
