> 3 dayThese nail files are the perfect size, and the grit is super fine so it doesnt feel like anything when rubbed against your skin. Very easy to file down sharp baby nails that magically grow back sharper every day -- my kid must be getting some pointers from my cat about keeping his nails sharp. The packaging was nice; the 3 files each have their own plastic sleeve, and all 3 fit inside another soft fleece case, inside a another plastic wrapper.

> 3 dayI was really hoping these were going to be amazing based on reviews, but they weren’t that great. They didn’t really file my baby’s nails and I had to push kind of hard on the nail to even try to file them which would end up bending the baby’s nails and not even really file them. They may work better once the baby gets a little older and her nails get stronger, but I wouldn’t recommend for a newborn.

> 3 dayThese nail files were a life saver with our newborn. He was born with long fingernails, and my husband accidentally cut his poor finger the first time we tried to clip his nails. Of course that turnes is off from cutting them right away. Thankfully I found these files that day and files them down without a problem! No irritation occurred when the file touched his fingers, and now we don’t have to keep his fingers covered.

> 3 dayI just had my first son and I was scared to death to cut his nails with clippers. I got these, and because they are glass they dont hurt him when he starts wiggling around. They dont get dull very quickly like regular emery boards do.

> 3 dayTrying to clip baby nails is the worst, and slightly terrifying. These are so much better as they do the job and dont hurt babys skin if you miss from all the wiggling.

> 3 dayJust as expected, I like how they come in a 3 pack each with their own plastic carrier and a bigger cloth case for all 3. I actually wanted to get these for my baby pup frenchie for her nails, one of the ladies at her vet recommend a glass file. So now I have one for her, my daughter and myself!

Greater than one weekI’ve had no issues using these as an alternative to clippers on my babies nails. I’ve heard too many stories of parents clipping their baby’s nails too closely and cutting them. It’s no trouble taking the time and care to file them down. I suggest using them while your baby sleeps or with the other parent holding them so you can grab their little hands to use it.

> 3 dayI was looking for a nail clipper for my 1 month old baby. I was nervous about cutting her nails so I decided to look for a nail file instead. This baby nail filer is great and gets the job done without fuss from my newborn.

> 3 dayI’m a pediatric home nurse for newborns and this is amazing. ALL my parents are fearful of doing nail care ~ this is a good option for sure

> 3 dayWish it was easier to file the corner of my boys nails but I like these much more than the automatic filers.
