Babys My First Photo Album of Family & Friends

I think this is an adorable idea for a baby shower gift. I filled it with pictures of both sides of the babys family, leaving the first page with no photo - to be filled with a photo of baby with mommy and daddy. It was the best one I was able to find on Amazon. It could be made a little nicer and softer (which is why I did not give it 5 stars), but I would still buy it again!

Great little photo album, very durable! baby and my toddler love the photos of family I put in it and the mirror in the back. I wish the picture on the front was a little cuter....the book we got the baby is totally orange (kinda weird). But maybe newer versions are colored differently. Not a big deal at all though :)

love yhe photo book but started to come apart 3 months after giving to 1yr old for birthday

I love this because it has enough pages for a large family.I gave it four stars because the mirror is cloudy. It doesnt indicate that there is actually a film covering the mirror that should be peeled off. Its not easy to do, but once you peel it off the mirror is much clearer. With that said, it makes a great gift, especially since I filled it with pictures of family members from both sides of the family before giving it to my grandson. The daughter and son-in-law were both teary eyed when they opened it!

Con: When pictures were put in two of the pages they stretched out so that the plastic no longer laid flat. Pros: An extra page was included so that I was able to add 2 more pictures. Even with the extra 2 pictures and the stiffening insert I used (see below), it still fit back into the cute bag it came in. I took the advice of a reviewer and slipped a light weight piece of picture board in each page to help prevent my grand daughter from crinkling up the pictures as 1 year olds can do. She absolutely LOVES it!

The sleep turtle is a wonderful thing. My son knows that when he hears the song it is time to go to bed. I did not give 5 stars because the volume button never worked but it is at a good volume. It does eat through batteries also. It will play the song but the light will flash on and off. That is not soothing at all. I would recomend it as it is a great way to help train your baby for night time. It is also great to turn on for night feedings and diaper changes. It helps my son to know it is still time to sleep.

Didn’t like it was made in China after I got it!!!!

Since my <1 yr old was able to rip out pages out of a cheaper photo album we used to hold photos of family members that she doesnt see often, I purchased this because reviews etc deemed it more durable and baby-safe. I am very pleased with the product: My crawling baby will pull this album out often and look through the pictures by herself. The cloth edges and soft cover make it baby-friendly and I can rest easy that I can leave her alone with this album and not worry about her ingesting anything. I would like to purchase additional albums (but not the exact same one, nor ones that are holiday or birthday themed) and tried looking for other albums by Genius Babies that are similar to this one in the number of pages and durability, but didnt find any...

I really like the concept of the book. And it is very durable! However the pages are pretty sticky. It was a chore to get the pictures in but it wasn’t terrible. The pages also stick together making it hard for my little guy to turn individual pages. It also is awkward to close due to the thick sticky pages. It isn’t perfect but it gets the job done

This is a great book for my little one to learn the names of the family. Sadly the cover is not a nice looking at on the pictures shown. The colors are more saturated and just not as cute.
