Thoughts would be a good buy but already have broken zippers. I have insurance need to figure out how to exchange r refund

I got this backpack to carry my Razer Blade 15, which fits perfectly in the padded area. I also have room in the main compartment for a smartphone gimbal, charging cable for the laptop, and a huge battery bank. There are 3 other zipper pockets, one with pen holders and dividers. The material and build quality of the bag make it feel very durable, and the adjustable straps and cushions make this backpack very comfy, even when fully loaded. There is an external USB port that can be hooked up to a battery pack, so you can charge your phone with a single cable. While this is a very cool feature, the USB extender does not support fast charging. Other than that small issue, I am very impressed with this bag, given the price.

Zipper broke after two months of use... super bummed.

You can barely feel the straps on your shoulders. It can take a beating when it comes to slinging it around. I would recommend this product.

I even keep my tag on. Was bought as a gift. The four pockets all well defined and multi purpose. live the back secret looking pocket. as well as the pone that works great as a chapstick pocket in the strap!!! Well made!
