I really like the size of the bag and space inside each compartment. One of the reasons I chose this bag was the backside pocket, however the zipper came off as soon as I tried it - after removing from packaging. I purchased it to carry essentials for physical therapy. Havent had the chance to use before the zipper broke off. I sent a message to the seller; awaiting response. Update: I was contacted by the manufacturer. They offered to send $5.00 to have the zipper repaired. My other option was to return it to Amazon for a replacement. I chose to have it replaced.

I don’t like the frame around the opening. It makes it difficult to open it up enough to reach inside. I wanted to use it as a diaper bag, but my husband said it’s too feminine. It has lots of storage though, but maybe still a little too small for a diaper bag in the main compartment.

This would have been a nice enough backpack if it wasn’t for the tacky logo. It’s just badly done with extra metal around some of the letters, and you can’t remove it without damaging the fabric. Returned it.

I really like the bag. Plenty of room to put the things i want to bring. Love that I can place it over my roll aboard and it doesnt move. The zipper pulls are okay. Doesnt feel as strong, but maybe I can get something to put on it. Other than that the bag is great.

I ordered this backpack at the last minute for an overseas trip.. to carry on plane in lieu of a handbag. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. My favorite feature was the way the top opens wide to stash your stuff, the separate compartments held my iPad and kindle perfectly with tons more room for makeup, extra clothes, etc. The only drawback I can see is that zips seem a bit flimsy, so not sure how long the bag will last, but for the price you can’t beat it!

I absolutely love this bag! As a flight attendant that sometimes does only one day trips, I pack all I need for my day in it. Cant be happier with my choice.

Love it. Already have used it for 3 trips and it has enough space for everything and very durable.

I actually use this backpack for a purse. I like to take it with me but when Im going into a store or for an appointment I just remove my little shoulder strap purse big enough to hold my cards, cell phone and keys. I dont normally carry my large purse around except on occasions. This works perfectly for that but if I forget to zip the top some of my stuff might fall out due to the zipper being so long across the top.

Needed a new bag for work that would be able to hold all of my things comfortably without stressing the zipper. I even tested with my MacBook and still had so much room for other things like wallet and makeup bag and the easy compartments to keep my things organized. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve had it for a. O th and use it every day. I thought for sure dirt and grime would show up. But, it’s very clean. Comfy shoulder straps and large capacity and wide opening is very nice.
