Straight out of the plastic bag, unzip & the tassel came off! I can glue it back myself but sheesh. Also the zipper (meaning the actual teeth) are not metal but clear plastic with the very top portion painted gold.

This bag went above my expectations for the price! Its soft, well made, and looks high end. So glad I bought 2!!!

Bags are soft, zipper is smooth and bags are great size for my everyday makeup. The pink is a very pretty dusty pink and the black is a deep black.
