Im glad I got to try these energy bites! These are guilt free snacks that are made with high quality ingredients. They are non GMO, use coconut oil vs processed oils, and have no added sugar or preservatives. Each pack comes with two bites so they are the perfect snack to grab on the go!

How much energy any supplement provides is honestly subjective. However, my experience is that I get a subtle but sustained energy boost from these bites. I usually hit bottom around 4pm most days, right before I want to workout. Taking these before my workouts seems to get me going and keep me going while exercising. Its not a sudden boost that I immediately notice. I just realize later that Im was no longer tired and able to work. They taste pretty good too! I do wish that there was more information on the packaging about quantifying their energy boost and what that actually means, instead of just mentioning dates as their #1 ingredient. Other energy bites have information about how much energy they provide but these bites dont.

No junk on the ingredients list. These provide good, clean energy and taste AHmazing. Of course, I love all things chocolate- but having something that I can feel good about eating for breakfast or anytime? Thanks!

My new favorite snack! I love the flavor and texture. It is not dry or hard like other snacks iv’e had. Bahamii is so good that my parents ate all of mine. You have gained lifelong customers and we loved Bahamii so much that we’re gonna order a lot more.
