While I do like these, they need improvement. I am normally a large to XL in underwear depending on material. I size up to a 2xl based on other reviews, and they’re still too small. Especially after washing and drying. The waist band is perfectly fine, but the leg holes are incredibly small and tight. Im assuming they’re made tight on purpose so that it prevents leaks, but they’re too uncomfortable to wear. I think they should make the leg holes elastic instead. I feel like if I sized up one more, the leg holes will fit better but the waist would be too big.

These are great for no-worry heavy flow days and nights-but order a few sizes up. They run very small!

I LOVE these! So, so freaking helpful. I cant believe Ive gone 27 years without them. I took them on a Disneyland trip and wore them comfortable all day with no leaks. I instantly came to buy more to last me the whole week! Easy to wash and super comfortable.

I wear these regularly but I use a liner also. Expect to sweat in warm weather since they are designed to keep moisture in.

After a very long time of trying to decide if I should try Period Underwear, I decided to go for it and ordered from Bambody. It is a life changer. I cant go back to regular pads after using this! The fit is perfect (Im 84 kg), I have a medium flow during my period and it absorve without any problem. I change 3 times on the first 2 days and then it goes down to 1-2 a day. You dont feel it! just like wearing regular underwear. I love it!!

I measured my hips and ordered the correct size based on the sizing chart, but it was still too tight around my thighs. It felt that my circulation would get cut off after wearing for longer periods of time. My roommate also tried them on (she’s a bit smaller in the waist) and it was still too tight for her. The fabric seems nice and lightweight, the sizing is just way off.

I can go an entire 16 hours without changing these panties. I have a pretty heavy flow, and they hold up extremely well. I do change them every few hours if Im going to be active, though. Theyre very comfortable as well.

Absorbency not great

It works very well, a great alternative to pads!
