I added the water bottle for visual size reference. I purchased this to transfer pictures from disintegrating photo albums. This product gave me the motivation to get started on the project. I just stacked the photos in chronological order as I removed them from the book. Then I fit as many as I could in each little box and labeled it (came with blank labels). The older photos were either Polaroids or on a thicker, almost cardstock paper. The photos fit fine, just not as many per box as matte or glossy photos. Great idea; space saver and easier to pull out than old clunky albums. These would be great storage for index cards and recipes too.

Choose another product. When I opened the box, the container was in plastic and as soon as I took out of the plastic i noticed it was broken. Two of the small photo containers were broken as well.. Main container is flimsy. The snaps are hard to get to snap. There is no way this can contain over 3200 pictures as advertised.

I will be putting my loose pictures in them! Love them

I bought this to organize papercrafting supplies and it works great for that. The individual containers feel nice and sturdy, and are easy to open and close. I did not use the provided labels but it was nice that they were there if I needed them. My only complaint is that it is completely impossible to close the latches on the outer case if all of the inner containers are not inside. I have another similar case that does not have this issue. It makes it inconvenient to move the large case out of the way when I am using some of the inner containers.

Good way to organize photos

Very thin plastic and when full there is no way to carry with the handle...so that is useless.

Its great but could use a larger one

I love this photo storage box! I am in the process of taking 100 years of family pictures out of albums. I had no idea what I was going to do with them until I found this box. I just ordered a second one to continue the project. The box itself is sturdy and the plastic substantial, but not too heavy. The small boxes inside of the main box make it very convenient for storing different decades or events, etc. I highly recommend this box if you have a large number of pictures to store.

I got the idea to use this as a garden seed organizer and I was not disappointed in it. My only concern is how long the plastic will hold up with regular opening/closing. The case is super lightweight so the plastic is thinner. The kit comes with handy labels and I can look at the seeds inside the case without having to pull everything out. It really tamed my seed collection.
