These work well but you have to take three a day and they smell horrible!

Must be working as monthly blood test show all vitamin and mineral readings in normal range.

I had gastric bypass done in May 2015 and this vitamin came recommended by my surgeon as it is strong enough for my body to absorb. These vitamins are also kind on my tummy, and dont cause me to be nauseous like others have done. The price is VERY fair considering how many you get. One thing to note is that the serving size is actually 3 capsules.

Lots of dusty vitamin powder loose in bottle that probably shouldnt be there, but otherwise I like it.

if you are looking for something you can swallow and then go about your business for the rest of your day, this is the product. I recently had my blood work done and everything is where it should be. It is also a plus that these vitamins include iron.

These are pretty large pills, but I knew that going in. Three times a day is a little hard to manage, but I can usually get at least two in.

I will buy it again

This is the easiest way of getting your vitamins in, and its relatively cheap for the quality and ease.
