I love how thick and wide the knee pad is. So extra soft n comfortable to use. The over the side mat is also a pleasure to use when getting in n out of tub. Soaks up water so u don’t slip. I appreciate n use all the items in packaging. Highly recommend this to other buyers.

We loved this product while bathing our little ones. It really saves your knees on a tile floor... but this kneeler ripped on just its second wash. I am very dissatisfied.

I loved using it because it helped when giving my baby a bath and it is very cushiony but I had to constantly adjust the elbow rest because the suction cups would not function properly, but it was still helpful. the real bummer was that it ripped after the first wash even though it was on a delicate cycle Update: the company reached out to me and the customer service is wonderful! They sent me a new mat and it’s been working so well!

This arrived with one handle not attached and the other about to fall off. This was suppose to be a baby shower gift and while it had arrived earlier in the week, unfortunately, I didnt realized it was flawed until I went to wrap it the day before the shower. Luckily, I was able to get a replacement delivered the next day and just in-time. So I had it shipped directly to the shower location and it arrived the morning of the shower so the mommy-to-be was still able to open it during the shower and I didnt have to scramble to find another or get the replacement to her later. After my initial poor review, the company reached out relentlessly to make good on replacing the item to ensure I was completely satisfied and taken care of. Thank you for your customer service.

The padding is amazing on my knees when bathing my twin boys
