My bathtub spout has some sharp edges. My son has scraped his back on it a few times. He hasnt scraped himself since I bought the cover so I guess it fulfilled its purpose. It is really easy to remove from the faucet to clean, but the kids remove it easily as well.

Mine has no suction…not sure why that was a review question. But this does the job of protecting by toddler from hitting the hard spout. It doesn’t fit the greatest and gets snatched off a lot. But overall, it does what I needed it to do.
