Bathroom Brass Mounting Ring for Vessel Sink, by SINKINGDOM Brushed Gold

Product fit exactly as I needed for my surface mount bathroom sink. The mounting ring just provides a seat for a round bottom surface mount sink. I used some epoxy and then the drain assembly to hold everything in place.

My local water is rather calcified, and if not cleaned properly right away, items get the hard water spots. I began to notice my clear vessel sink had hard water spots in places that shouldnt normally have them, and discovered that the original mounting ring that came with the sink was rotting away. The finish was nearly gone, and it was not creating the proper seal. After doing some research here on Amazon, and reading reviews of this one, I bought 2. MUCH better products. Heavier, solid feel and finish to them. Very easy to install, and most important, NO LEAKS. Im very happy with the purchase, and highly recommend these. TBH, I wish I had known in advance, when installing the sinks originally, and saved myself the aggravation of rotting original parts.

I had been looking for something like this, My builder installed the glass vessels without these directly onto the granite. causing leaks, and ugly build up underneath finally everything looks amazing.

This is well made and the dimensions are true to the last listing photo.. matches perfectly. The finish is nice, it seems well built, and it comes with a silicone base if you want to use this with one of those bowl style sinks with a rounded bottom. Were using this with a square, white, porcelain sink from the local big box store and it works fine. Do keep in mind that it does NOT have an overflow hole, so make sure thatll work with your sink. For how much I like it, were putting in two sinks, so I ordered a second drain that was about $10 cheaper.... and I really cant tell the difference between the two. So, yes, this one is nice, but I think it is pretty much the same as the other ones out there for a bit less.
