    Much less expensive, and more heavy duty than the expensive power poles popular among ham operators. There is more work involved in restoration, but once complete, you have a power distribution system which is virtually impossible to overload.

    The covers were broken in shipping, 2 units in 2 separate shipments, they appear to made of a more brittle plastic than the base. Everything else looks durable, should do what I need it to, Id give it 4.5 stars if I could.

    This bus bar is well built and works good. They sell some with different sized threaded studs though so make sure you buy the size you need. We used ours to make a neater 12 Volt tie in point on a ‘86 Chevy 1 ton military truck we’ve repurposed for a Fire Dept Grass/Brush truck. Needed the extra 12V power supply point for Lights, Pump starter, Siren etc. It works great and is tough. The cover is just a little thin but hasn’t broke on us yet.

    Wow these things are very well built, I used these to split some power on my truck to connect a DC/AC inverter and its just what I needed. Quality of the hardware is nice as well, so many times I have bought something and the item itself is great but the hardware the manufacturer puts in the box has to be replaced with better quality, not this.

NO-OX-ID "A-SPECIAL" is the electrical contact grease of choice for new electrical installations and maintenance. NO-OX-ID electrical contact grease is an electrically conductive grease that keeps metals free from rust and corrosion as well as galling. It is recommended for trouble-free joint connections.

Bay Marine Supply Power Lugs by FTZ

These power lugs are made of 99.9% copper, with a substantial tin plating to offer superior corrosion resistance. The cable size is stamped on each lug. They are premium versions of the most common lug specification. An increased in wall thickness yields greater strength and conductivity. The color bands to guide easy double crimps. With wire size and die setting stamped for corresponding battery terminal when used with FTZ Heavy Duty Crimp Tools.

Bay Marine Supply Starter Lugs by FTZ

These starter lugs are made of 99.9% copper, with a substantial tin plating. Unlike many lugs, the pad is a seamless piece for strength, conductivity, and corrosion resistance. The barrel is slightly flared and chamfered for easy wire insertion. The cable size is stamped on each lug. Available for 8 AWG to 4/0 AWG cables.
