Purchased 3 of these in various colors. All were extremely bright right out of the bag. 7-year-old grandson loved the gray one, 8-year-old and 10-year-old granddaughters loved the pink and yellow ones! Have not tested battery life of recharging process.

Our kids get so much use of out of this. The light is very bright!

I love this hat for taking the dogs out at night and having a free hand to scoop poop in the dark. The bright orange is great for when Im out tracking with the dogs so hunters can see us. Its also warm, I WAS wearing a baseball hat but this is MUCH better.

Made very well, light is bright and has multi level brightness. I even bought 2 in mens sizes and they liked them as well

This was for my friends grandson and he has had so much fun with it playing in the dark.

She said she can wear it when her Grandma and her walks end at sunset. And the pink color was perfect for her.

I bought 5 of these for the grand children for Christmas so really cant rate right now. But I did get one out and the light is very bright and seems they will be warm. Light is easy to turn on. I can update more after Christmas
