The smell is pretty amazing! I love buying Viking Revolution beard products for the hubby! Updated : I just bought a second set for my husband. He use it on his hair and his beard. It makes his hair extremely soft! He really likes it. We do wish they had more scents though.

My husband bought this set for himself, but didnt end up using it, so I used the wash and conditioner so as not to be wasteful. My hair feels better than it ever has with any woman hair product, even staying soft and shiny after blow drying (which I do on high heat, full blast, no heat protection products).

I have been growing my beard for the last 12 years. I have sampled countless brands and this one is an all around great buy. For the quality you get for the price you cant beat it. The next in line would be The Art of Shavings wash and conditioner but they are far more expensive by volume and do not provide the same level of quality. This set is perfect if you want to still use a scented beard oil. The sandalwood fragrance is there but not overwhelmingly strong.

I like the scent but its not strong and doesnt linger in a bothersome way all day. Great price for this amount of soap and conditioner - itll last a good long time.

Tried this product after using GROW ALPHA BEARD products and I did not think the shampoo and conditioner would be much difference but this stuff is not as good as the GAB stuff I previously used. It makes your beard feel less hydrated which will result in dryness/itchiness/pain. It does smell nice but after awhile of smelling it for weeks, it doesnt smell at nice as it did when introduced to a fresh new scent. Overall I would get a nicer product...Grow Alpha Beards products or even Grave Before Shave products are great (if you spend slightly extra). What I have noticed is the difference in 3-8 dollars more for a better product are worth it....ITS YOUR FACE afterall, so dont be like me, spend the extra couple of bucks and get the better products.

Holy shh..cow. After a few washes of the beard, I felt like a god of beards. My self-esteem rose about 60%. Im probably going to go to the market to purchase some flannels and get an axe as well.

Normally I trim my beard close to my skin regularly because I have wavy/curly hair that doesnt sit well. It also tends towards split ends and curling back on itself to poke me in the face (makes things real itchy at times). I bought this because I had finally let my beard grow through No Mow November and wanted to keep it going if I could. Right from the first wash/conditioning with this product I could tell it was softer. I loved it and used it every day in the shower. Eventually I did trim my beard back (not because the product didnt work, but because my wife felt not-so-happy about the length and she wins. period. full stop). But I still use this shampoo and conditioner every day. Even with shorter hair, it helps.
