One assembly was not assembled at all. The other assembly had the snap ring assembled but bent. I had to disassemble it straighten the snap ring and reassemble it.

Love the product and have no issues. 2 trips from NY to NC of 1400 miles round trip and not a problem.

Quality of the material appears top knotch but if you look at the photo closely youll notice no groove rings which bite into the hub when installed. I installed these for a fishing trip well needless to say one disappeared so I wound up doing what I originally started to do, luckily there was a TSC 5 miles down the street where I stopped for gas and I purchased some good ones that stayed on my entire trip. They look great. Haven’t installed at this time as I’m replacing all 6 sets of bearings, races and grease seals.

Did a wheel bearing replacement job on my Triton boat trailer and then topped the job off with new SS Bearing Buddy(s). I like the visual blue indicator showing the grease load level in the buddy housing.

Installed them and they both fell off on the highway within 50 miles replaced with cheaper Reese brand no problems since . Seems like phony reviews liking this product
