I contacted BuySpry who stated that it doesn’t come with one. I’m not one to write many reviews but I don’t care for the false advertisement.

> 24 hourI have bought refurbished/reconditioned items before however, this pair of Beats was terrible. We ended up returning them. The ear pieces we so overly used that they didn’t even fit correctly and there were all sorts of scratches and dents on them.
