> 3 dayLove this product. I have naturally spiral curly hair and try to only wash it 1 or 2 times per week. I run this through my hair before bed on day 1 after shampoo’d hair, then add a couple of pumps in my water misting bottle that I spritz to refresh curls in the morning and it smooths frizzies, adds shine and extends the length between needed shampooing.
