> 24 hourI was so excited to get this, but it turned into a total bummer, honestly. The PC arrived and didnt work. Tech support did nothing to help and was basically useless and asked if I was using it correctly. After getting a replacement PC, that one didnt work either. Sad day.

> 24 hourI bought this computer but quickly returned it. The memory DIMM was unbranded (but with an AZW sticker) with unknown chips, and not Crucial brand as some of the reviews and promo photos suggest. The SSD was also unbranded (consisting of a Maxio MAP1202 controller with NH14TAA1442256G chips). I like to be careful with my choice of components and there is very little or no information about these available. Given that 7% of Amazon review report these computers failing, I just didnt feel confident enough to keep the unit. Memory and storage of known quality can be found cheap on Amazon, so for me it doesnt make sense to take a risk with unknown components. I ended up buying a slightly slower barebones mini PC (Intel NUC) and adding Crucial memory with a Samsung SSD for just a little more than I paid for the Beelink. A final note for Linux users, this Beelink uses an Intel AX101 WiFi/BT module and none of the distros has fully working driver for that since its so new.

> 24 hourThis isnt a high speed gaming demon, and it doesnt claim to be. But for basic office apps like spreadsheets, email, web browsing and document creation/reading, it holds its own.

> 24 hourThis mini PC is very small which is a double edged sword. Its easy to hide away and fits anywhere. But its missing some ports like USB C and the fan, while normally quite, has a very unique sound profile.

> 24 hourThis mini pc is good if you dont ever want to upgrade it from its current hardware (Watch Youtube videos) no expansion slots for RAM, and if you can tolerate the fan hum. I wish I would have purchased the N100 for a little more muscle under the hood. This mini pc is good for surfing and data entry, dont expect it to handle too heavy of a load. Please send me the N100

> 24 hourSystem tends to over heat hitting 85-90 degrees some times, temps are a bit too uncomfortable to be useable under moderate to normal load.
