I love this bag. My old one was fixed wheel so it was time to get a spinner wheel as I have RA and needed more maneuverability. I also needed slightly more room so I could eliminate one of the other small bags I had to carry. Bingo! I can even fit my heating pad in this bag. I can easily carry a week or more worth of clothes in here. The front pouch is great to tuck papers, tickets, passport etc. while moving around in an airport. Most of my traveling is by car and this bag is very compact for packing in a car, van, etc. It has made packing and traveling so much easier for me now.

I used this for a 5 day trip recently. When I picked up my (checked) suitcase, the handle would not click and raise up and is stuck in the down position. This of course makes the spinning/rolling option much harder without being able to extend the metal handle. I double checked the metal handle bars within the suitcase, and nothing has been broken. I would have contacted the seller prior to this review, however, it was Amazon. I am extremely disappointed as I loved this suitcase and now am unable to return it as it has been used the one time. I was planning to buy the other pieces in the set too but of course will not be doing so.

This is a high quality basic carry-on luggage bag. It takes a couple days for the factory wrapped in plastic smell to fade away, but other than that this is a complete winner. It has everything you expect: lined interior that unzips, high quality 360 wheels on smooth flow casters, an extendable pull along handle. But is also has some nice surprises for a basic travel bag: Two top handles brace on both sides of the top and snaps in the middle to serve as a single handle and this allows easy access to zippers and the ability to more quickly port to a bigger bag with a pull-along strap. Pluss there is a traditional handle not just on the side, but on the bottom. Great little bag.
