BenchBlokz 1/2-1 Board

Ive used this block before at another gym I went to, decided to buy it for my boyfriend and I to have in his gym bag. It works as its supposed to. Breaking in the new block is interesting, the material has a little fall out when you first put it on the bar. We wiped it down hoping it would help, now we just have to use it a few more times to see if it still drops bits of the material. Either way, its good.

Good product, does what it should, but expensive considering what it is. No complaints.

This is a well made product and performs as intended.

I havent been benching heavy in two years because of shoulder pain. At 5 10 with a 6 4 wingspan, I have really arms for my height and chest size. This lets my shoulders overextend at the bottom of my bench. The bench block stays secure on the bar and reduces range of motion at its shortest setting just enough that I can now bench pain free. I couldnt bench over 195lbs with pain before, but now Im back to doing working sets of 235lbs regularly.

Fantastic product highly recommend it to anyone wanting to improve a big bench

...Im getting old, and the years of bench press have taken a toll. the 2-board height is just enough to let me get a good chest day, but not over extend my shoulders at the bottom of the range of motion.
