I had bought this mouse and was in love with it. The mouse is great! The lights are pretty! It fits in your hand so perfectly too. Best part? SUPER CHEAP WITHOUT MESSING UP QUALITY! I would never recommend getting an expensive mouse, honestly. This one suits me GREAT! There was a slight issue, though (NOW FIXED - KEEP READING!) The middle mouse button needed a bit of extra force when pushing it down. I contacted the support team to see if they had any tips on what I can do. They were so concerned for me. Their response time was faster than the latency on the mouse (haha - jokes - but seriously...) They were VERY respectful and nice. They told me they would replace the mouse for free at no charge. I told them they really didnt have to, if they could just tell me how to fix it. They were so nice they even passed down what I said to the development team, the ones that actually work on the mouse. THANK YOU GUYS, SO MUCH. SERIOUSLY. Very great customer support :-) and I am satisfied. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Shout out to Cathy! She deserves a raise AND a pizza party!!

I bought this mouse as mine had gone out on me and needed a quick replacement. This mouse is cheap but honestly it does the job. Not many bells and whistles (except for the rgb). Definitely better mice out there but if u need something quick and cheap this will definitely do the trick!

So, I am a female and I DO NOT PLAY VIDEO GAMES! So if thats what youre looking for, skip my review cause I wouldnt know what the heck Im talking about. I do however spend a lot of time on the computer for my job and because I am well, battling a slight intense addiction to Pinterest. There, I said it. Well, I dont think I am really battling it, I just give in day in day out. Which hey, comes to good for a review in the end considering I am using the mouse about a million hours a week. So ACCORDING to my male friends, my SO and his friends, this mouse is useless if you want it as a gaming mouse. I have no idea what that means and therefor I am giving it still 5 stars because I have no clue what gamers look for and because I am using it every day for normal PC use and I LOVE this thing. The colors are as clear as in the picture. The colors calmly change constantly (I have not found a way to keep one design constantly). It shaped very comfortable and ergonomically for my hand and the surface feels extremely soft and comfortable. The scroll button is wider than normal office mouses and offers much more comfort when using it (not sure if that has something to do with the gaming part, dont really care either). So, form me 5 Stars, love it, surprised by the quality for the money and would 100% recommended. (At least for regular PC/Office use) Again. If youre a gamer, you just wasted your time reading my report.

This mouse is kind of bigger than most so if you have small hands, which I dont, it might feel weird. I bought this mouse in March 2021 and even though I lost it/it was stolen, my mom bought one for herself which Im using now (she gave it to me). If you have just 10 dollars more than I would try and get a razer death adder essential or Razer viper mini lightweight which are both less than 25$ after taxes. But that doesnt mean its a bad mouse. I can still drop 50 bombs in some games and its comfortable. I it is a quieter than most mice which I like, and it also doesnt freeze the cursor when you move the mouse really fast. The wire I can tell is not very good and its not nearly as good as Razers, but it wont let the mouse die on you. It also comes with a warranty, but you have to activate it which is very simple. There is a weight in it which you can remove easliy if you like lighter mice. All in all, its not bad.

Bought it for my fiancé as a gift and he loves it. The scroll wheel is nice, the clicking is not too loud. It gave him a little asmr and it matches perfectly with his black setup.

Bought a couple of years ago, and its dine well, I was especially surprised when my sister spilled acetone on it and it still survived

Needed a new mouse and saw this one on sale. Im just getting back into gaming, bought a new laptop (never, ever thought Id say laptop and gaming in the same sentence, yet here we are!) This mouse is very responsive and Im happy with tye button placement thus far. 10/10 would buy again.

This mouse is just amazing! The BenGoo gaming mouse was definitely one of the best purchases I have made. I love the colorful flashing lights too! I really like the way they cycle from one set of colors to another. The lights fade from things like blue, green and yellow to things like red purple and pink. The light colors have many different shades as well. Honestly you never know what color scheme is coming next, but they all look great, and the mouse gives off a very bright color effect. This mouse has a scroll wheel like no other mice Ive used before. Its strong, and has a very nice rubber lining at the center of the scroll wheel, to make sure that your fingers dont slip off. I found this useful quite a bit while using this mouse. The scroll wheel doesnt wobble around back and forth, and feels very strong and durable when in use. Located towards the middle of the mouse, there is the DPI selector. This part of the mouse blew my mind. You can change the sensitivity of the mouse! There are four different sensitivity options to choose from. 800 DPI, 1200 DPI, 1600 DPI, and 2400 DPI. I usually have this feature of the mouse set to 1600. Located on the left side of the mouse, there are two very useful buttons. These can be used to change to other pages you have on the internet. They are placed in the best position possible too. I wont ever accidently switch to a different page again! Genius mouse layout! Overall, the BenGoo gaming mouse is an outstanding product for the price, and could easily knock more well known brands out of the ballpark with its great performance, its awesome design and how it fits perfectly in my hand, and of course, the unbeatable price on this product. I would easily recommend this product to anyone, any day of the week!
