I am so pleased with this backpack! The leather is soft and smooth, the zippers and hardware are sturdy and well-made! The stitching is strong and easily supports all I pack into the bag! I have received SO many compliments on my beautiful bag :) It easily fits my 15 inch laptop in a padded compartment as well as accessories and my snacks! Absolutely the best bag I have owned for work! Here I thought I carried WAY too much to work everyday...well....this bag is never ending! I have been using it as an overnight bag as well as.a day bag for work as I travel quite a bit and have hotel stays! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET ONE! I definitely will be ordering more items! :)
