Bernat Crushed Velvet Yarn, Blue Brilliance

Lovely color, and super soft. Perfect for crochet :)

My daughter asked me to make her a soft, warm scarf which would not be itchy, and this fitted the bill perfectly. The colour is exactly as described and delivery was fast.

I am a huge fan of Bernat velvet yarns, and use them a lot. This particular color was no exception - it is such a gentle yellow that its nearly cream. Its beautiful, light, and cheerful, and will look lovely in any project I decide to make with it. I wish I could get more of it, but its SO expensive! Still, its a wonderful product. Kudos to Bernat!

Thought it would be bigger but it’s super soft

This yarn is very very soft and it was easy to work with. However, it did get tangled very often. I felt as if I was spending more time untangling the yarn than I spent actually using the yarn. I would also like to mention that the yarn likes to slip around. While I was working on my blanket, I noticed that certain sections were becoming loosened up like a snag. I didnt pay any mind to it at first but then I started noticing it more and more. After I was finished, the majority of the sections in my blanket became loose. My blanket, that I am giving away as a gift, looks terrible. I would not purchase or work with this yarn again.

Très doux mais la laine sétire facilement

Très doux, pensais que le fil était plus gros mais contente de mon achat malgré tout.

I love this yarn, it makes the softest blankets, however, I ordered 3 skeins of Orchid Hush and received 2 Orchid Hush and 1 Grey Orchid (which I cannot use). I am becoming increasingly disappointed in the service Amazon provides. I have been scammed twice now by receiving the wrong products and those came from foreign countries. Please be very aware when ordering from Amazon because not all products come from within the USA and are not what you order. Amazon use to be reliable but not any more.
