I bought this to help with it and it has been the best purchase! Its a great height for me, Im 5 6 for reference, and its right at eye level, but you can adjust your screen to fit your needs. It is super sturdy and fits my 13in Macbook perfectly. I really like the rubber pads, it keeps my laptop from sliding around. I also really love the color, it is very sleek and matches my Apple products nicely. Highly recommend!
