To me the rubber coating seemed thick and flexible. The inside wire is flexible, soft, and copper. Used to rewire 18’ Big Tex Car Hauler. I recommend this.

It looked promising but it is super brittle copper clad (coated) aluminum. Go buy copper or better yet, tinned copper. This stuff will fail you and it is not worth your time and labor to install this just to replace it soon after. A regretted buy.
