Doesn’t say it is, so… buyer beware? That said, the shimmer shadows are lovely. The matte ones are not the same as pictured, about 4 colors, the yellows and a horrible orange, are weird, but the rest of them are fine. They seem okay quality, which for $12 I’m happy with.

Really love the colors! All of them are suprisingly natural and look very different on your eyes than in the packaging--in the best way! They come across as very natural hues. :)

Get what you pay for. Cheap product.

Love one pallette, good the glitter one. These are ok, they dont last very long, and I know its just my Ph, but they colors change after 30 mins of wear. The pigments are lighter on than in pallette, so give yourself a good base to keep a true to come as possible. Great for teen who is finding her colors.

The matte colors are great. The shimmer tend to pack into the case and dont transfer well to makeup brushes. ive had to scratch the surface to get them to work
