Fortunately, I received brackets with the preferred bolt pattern and good welds. Dont pay much attention to the instructions. Use 10 legs if you want to make use of 66 chain swings. I used a 10 top piece and added the cross members for extra stability. The separately purchased hangars dont come with hardware, so get some 5/16x2 lag screws and washers. I suggest securing legs on one side but only insert the other two to stand the whole thing up. Then, make everything square and level before securing the other legs. The wood required a little bit of sanding, mainly the corners, to slide it smoothly. Overall, its a good way to build a swing.

If u ever picked up a drill and bit u should be good togo. Would suggest having a full charge on your drill also have one helper as the wood is large. 1qty 4x6 would. i did only 8 feet across. i only needed space for 2 swings. I drilled my swing 24”holes spacing with only 11 inches space between swings. Drill your holes while the swing is on the ground. The wood can get in your eyes if u do while its standing. Very strudy. im 225lb of muscle. holds me easy. I did a few pull ups on this and it holds

Legs went in perfect, the 4x6 openings were a 1/16th to small and we had to shave off a 1/16th with a saw and chisel. Once that was done, was perfect. They really need to just make the opening a bit bigger (TALL) so a 4x6 will just slide in without any trimming.

Too narrow for the boards.. had to do a lot of trimming to get the boards to fit… Was not as easy as sliding in and bolting… Made it work and they’re very sturdy at least….

Was very satisfied with the heaviness and seemingly durable compositon of these brackets, looks like they could last more than one lifetime!

These are good but you will need to brace them.
