I have never seen a set of clippers with a turn screw to open and close and it works really well. These clippers are sharp and able to handle the toughest of nails. Just like my nail salon uses, these clippers are made to trim the nails closest to the sidewalls and make shaping easy. They’re heavyweight but that doesn’t make them difficult to hold/use. The included glass file works perfectly and the storage case is great for keeping the two together, dust free and is great for travel.

Ive never used real toenail clippers. Just used the ones for my hands on my feet. I can see why these would have been a much better choice for me. They are bigger and the way its shaped makes it much easier to get those sides which could end up as hangnails if not properly clipped. They are however very sharp and could be dangerous so hide them from yo chirrens. Other than that they do a fine job and I am glad I was finally introduced to real toenail clippers!

Good size, slightly larger than a standard toenail clipper. Feels heavy like you would expect a quality tool to be. Caution: this thing is REALLY SHARP. My first use I nicked the skin of my pinky toe. I didnt even feel it. I bled like crazy and didnt know it until I looked down and saw that my sock was filled with blood. My wife freaked out but it never hurt. Be careful if you have nerve damage or are cutting someone elses nails. This trimmer is powerful and sharp.

WOW! I am so surprised by the quality of this nail care kit! I love the zip up case that the tools come in! It is actually really nice. The tools are great! The toe nail clippers work so well. They are sharp and really easy to maneuver. The big clippers are even better! This might sound funny, but I actually wanted this kit for the big clippers so I could try to use them to cut my little dogs toe nails. I have the hardest time cutting his nails with dog clippers and his nails are thick and the end ones kind of curl a little when they start to get long. They are just very awkward to try and cut. He also does not hold still and make it easy for me. With that said, the big clippers are a complete success! They are so sharp and pointy! It was so easy to cut his side toe nails. It cut through his nails like butter. Amazing! All the other little tools that come in the kit will also come in handy at some point. This is such a nice nail care kit for me and for the dogs!!! Lol!
